There seems to have been a bit of a mix up with Viator as they had somehow cancelled our tour so we were waiting a while to actually get started and were quite worried we would not be going especially as we had already paid for the tour. Terry however was accommodating and made the tour worth while. We called him and explained the situation and he was very understanding. He showed us amazing views and taught us a lot. Terry was very friendly and simply fantastic! Terry was an amazing guide. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Terry was an amazing guide and host for the day! It turned out to be just our group of three and Terry. It really was like meeting up with a good friend who was showing you about his favorite places- not your typical canned tour at all! My son told me to meet a local to really learn about a place. This tour was exactly that! It was a personalized tour of Auckland's most beautiful areas and so much more- any question we had, Terry could answer, from New Zealand customs to rugby rules to social policy! This is was definitely a great way to see some of the best of Auckland's beaches and rainforest in a just a day! You need to be up for a fair bit of walking, and even climbing about some rocks on Piha Beach! However, the pace was manageable even for this 60 year old! This tour was the last one of our 2 week trip to Australia and New Zealand and by far the best we had! Cannot say enough about what a wonderful day we had with Terry!
