Highly highly recommend this private day trip to Ayuttaya. Our private tour Guide Polly and driver Amix provided us excellent and professional service from telling history, bring us to have good local food at local river restaurants, to well answering all our questions. Polly provided us extra information and brought us to local markets to find good fruits as we mentioned we love fruits, although this activities is not in the itinerary. Moreover, Polly and Amix are very polite and happy tour guides make me love Thailand and Thailand people so much! Something extra must mention: Polly helped us took many good photos! This is first time to have so many good photos taken with my husband in a day trip! We enjoy this trip very much! Thank you!!!

Big was a fantastic guide - the best we have found in Thailand. He lived in the US for years and his English is fantastic as well as his knowledge of local history and foods etc.The combination of the royal summer palace and old city of Ayutthaya was really good - as well as lunch on the river and then sweet roti for dessert. There was a bit of confusion about who pays for lunch with Viator after booking - lunch was included, then excluded but the tour company gives you 200 Baht credit for food - but you will spend quite a bit more on the fresh grilled jumbo shrimp if you want to try this local speciality highly recommended.
