This was a great experience! The boat was beautiful!!!! It was raining the day we went so we sat inside most of the time and the service was excellent! The tour was great too! Lots of information about landmarks that we could see from the river. The burger was great too! All in all, a great time!

The deal we purchased was the Beer and Burger cruise. We got onboard, and the menu was different than what we purchased. No Beer and Burger cruise and the staff didn't know what I was talking about. HOWEVER!! The food was really good. The service was even better. The overall cruise was thoroughly enjoyable and we are glad we went. It just wasn't the "experience" we were expecting but was wonderful nonetheless.

The boat was very clean and spacious and. Service was very good The young waitress was kept very busy and worked hard in a professional manner. The narrative was clear and informative. The burger was very good but we could have gone without it or ordered food and drink as needed. We could have had the same trip without the food We also decided to leave the tour when it turned as this was near our hotel and felt satisfied with the trip. More detail about the the route and stopping places would have been useful prior to booking.

I would give the cruise part of the trip five stars. However I'd give the wait staff a one star. Everyone on the boat who did NOT purchase the burger and beer combo got served first. Our tour was at 2:00. We finally had beers around 3:00. After we made the loop to return and still did not have our burgers, we complained. They finally arrived at 3:45 - very sloppy.

Perfect day for boat ride. Boat was immaculate, good food and beer. The Spree river goes thru the heart of the city. You see a lot from a different prospective. Ccmmentary in German and Nglish
