For your first visit, you will stop at an elegant Classified Growth, with a impeccable architecture.

A hamlet in Saint Emilion bears its name, revealing the long History of this prestigious estate. After learning how to distinguish different grape varieties by comparing their leaves, you will stroll inside the recently restored vat house to learn about the secrets of their wines… before enjoying a tasting of 2 of them.

The lunch will take place in the lovely kitchen garden of the chateau, in the oldest part of the estate from 16th century. After lunch, you will have the time to wander in the aromatic garden, taking in the view or even just enjoying the moment.

Your next visit of a family-run First Classified Growth estate, of the appellation Saint Emilion Grand Cru. Located on the best sun-exposed slopes of the Saint Emilion limestone plateau. This estate has belonged to the same family for the past 300 years. The richness of their cabernet franc does justice to their worldwide fame. We will finish by an extensive tasting of minimum 4 wines in a wine shop in the village.

Travel through time now with a guided visit of Saint Emilion, a one of kind medieval village. You will learn all about this UNESCO World Heritage site while admiring the most gorgeous landscapes of the region.

Stop At: Chateau Franc Mayne, 14 Lieu Dit la Gomerie, 33330 Saint-Emilion France

Our last stop of the day will take us deep into the heart of Saint Emilion, literally. You will have the privilege to explore its caverns at length where over 10 centuries these caves were quarries which supplied the stone to construct the chateaus and many buildings in Bordeaux. These limestone caves, of which there are over 250 kms are the charm of the St Emilion "terroir" as well as the key to the wines' flavour profile.

You will learn everything there is to know about storing and ageing wines properly. After a visit of this Grand Cru, we will clink glasses and share a very French "aperitif" (snack before a meal) with your group to the end this fantastic day. You will taste at least 2 wines here.
