The pizza 3 were all good. The third one won a major prize last year and we could taste why. The three taverns visited all had good, different local brews. This tour provided a very good introduction to the Italian section of Boston and a few highlights of local lore and history. The tour guide was knowledgeable and clearly stated his opinions.
Very informative and fun tour.
This was not really what we thought. The Taverns part of the tour was one tavern and you have to buy your beer in addition to the cost of this ticket. The description said we would end up at either The Bell in Hand or The Green Dragon. Not sure what one only one Tavern we went to but it was a nice place. The pizza was cheese pizza 2 places and one BBQ chicken pizza. Not really that impressive. The ferry ride back to where we started was a nice touch though.
