Stop At: Primates' Palace (Primacialny palac), Primacialne namestie 1, Bratislava 811 01 Slovakia
The Primate's Palace is a neoclassical palace in the Old Town of Bratislava the capital of Slovakia.Considered as one the most beautiful buildings in Bratislava for its pale pink and white exterior.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Bratislava Old Town, Bratislava Slovakia
The centre of Bratislava is also called The Old Town. It includes the historic centre and adjoining neighbourhoods that used to be the centre's immediate outskirts in the Middle Ages.
St. Michael's Tower is one of essential symbols of Bratislava. Only the gate on St. Michael's Tower has been preserved out of the original four gates that were gateways for entering the fortified medieval city. A view of the entire rest of St. Michael's Street (Michalská ulica), which is one of the oldest in the city, opens up from St. Michael's Gate.
Zichy's Palace with its elegant, strictly Classicist-style facade draws the visitor's interest at the corner of Ventúrska and Prepoštská Streets. The palace was refurbished in the 1980's and now it hosts all kinds of ceremonies and celebrations.
A parish church is a landmark of every Christian city. This is no doubt the case with St. Martin's Cathedral – the largest, oldest and most remarkable church in Bratislava from the 14th century.
The crossroads of the Fisherman's Gate and Panská and Laurinská Streets is one of the Old Town's liveliest places. People like to stop here to listen to tunes played by street musicians. Tourists are bound to make a picture with the statue of Čumil in what is an almost ceremonial photo session.
The Fisherman's Gate is a short street in Bratislava's historic centre. On Fisherman's Gate Street is a statue of a man in real size, who is holding a hat in his hand. The man looks like he is saying hello to somebody he knows coming out of a nearby entrance.
Every building on the Main Square is worthy of attention.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Grassalkovich Palota, Bratislava-Old Town Hodzovo Namestie, Bratislava 811 06 Slovakia
Situated in the heart of the city, this is where the president of Slovakia resides. It's a gated property that has a fountain at the front courtyard and a very beautiful garden at the back.

If you have a day to spare in Budapest, this is a great option for you to consider. Bratislava may not be as popular as the neibouring capital cities of Prague, Vienna and Budapest but it has its charms. And quirks. And history. Our tour guide, Susan , is fantastic. No problems at all with our booking.
Susan was a great tour guide and host for this private tour of Bratislava from Budapest. The conversation in her clean and efficient car was intelligent and full of information, including the history, economics, and politics of the region. After a tour of the most essential sights in Bratislava, there was enough time to do some sightseeing on my own. If you find yourself in Budapest with a day to spare to see another world capital, then going on this tour is the way to do it.
There are cheaper ways to get across to Bratislava, but this private trip was fit for my purpose of a meaningful moments all along .. Steve Jaszay was exceptional and is a very friendly caring prompt honest and very helping gentleman ... Don't think twice ...go for these trips by Viator ..they are worth it
