Private Cultural Unseen Temple Tour of Old Chiang Mai City and Khoa soi lunch

Our driver will collect you from your hotel in Chiang Mai city area around 8:30 am. and head to Wat Umongor “Tunnel Temple”. We will explore this unique temple only one in Thailand and built in the 13th century at the foothills of Suthep Mountain and its tunnels feature. 

From Jungle ruins, Wat Umong forest temple, we will proceed to Wat Srisuphan or “Silver Temple”, only one in Thailand. This is a stunning small temple with all the detail picked out in silver. The temple is surrounded by other buildings and you can see walls, banners and the roof covered in silver-plated tiles. Please note that women are not allowed to enter the Silver Temple.

Next, you will visit the old city of Wiang Kum Kam, its the ancient capital of the Lanna Kingdom. We stop at the Wat Chedi Liam, one of the oldest monuments here and it is known for its stepped pyramid chedi in Mon style, only one in Chiang Mai. Then you will try an authentic traditional Chiang Mai noodle – Khao Soi at a very famous restaurant.

After filling up your hungry stomach, our driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
