This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Segway Cruise Copenhagen, Langelinie Alle 58, Copenhagen 2100 Denmark

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start for check-in & training. Here you will receive your helmet, radio, sign our waiver of liability and meet your guide. You will then receive individual instructions in how to ride a Segway on our spacious training ground right behind our store. Don't worry if you haven't tried it before - it's super easy and we begin the tour in a car-free zone

Pass By: The Genetically Modified Little Mermaid, Langelinie Alle 17, Copenhagen 2100 Denmark

Welcome to our training ground and one of the hidden gems of Copenhagen - hmm guess we just revealed a secret :)

Stop At: The Little Mermaid (Den Lille Havfrue), Langelinie, Copenhagen 2100 Denmark

After 5 minutes we will already see the famous lady of Copenhagen: The Little Mermaid. Our first major sight and there's of course a photo stop whilst your guide will explain the interesting story behind her, and it's not all a fairytale!

Pass By: Holmen, Copenhagen Denmark

As we cruise in a great car-free zone we will also pass Holmen on the other side of the water - you will learn about many of the maritime monuments and some fun stories. Please note though that you will be able to see all the sights but we will not go cross the water onto Holmen

We will drive right through the Langelinie Park

Pass By: Amaliehaven, Toldbodgade, Copenhagen 2004 Denmark

The Amalie Garden is a cute little garden in front of the Royal Palace

Pass By: Københavns Toldbod, Nordre Toldbod 18-24, 1259 København, Denmark

The old customs area is the perfect waterfront spot to show and tell you a lot about the maritime stories. You will also see the Royal Pavillons where the Queen departs from on her sailing trips along with the Maersk Headquarters

The Royal Cast collections has two unique statues outside which we will pass - one you can't miss

Pass By: Royal Danish Theatre Play House, Sankt Annae Plads, 36, Copenhagen 1250 Denmark

We will drive right around the Royal Play House - a fairly new company in Copenhagen with an eco-friendly approach

Stop At: Nyhavn 1-71 Kobenhavn K, Copenhagen 1051 Denmark

Nyhavn is the most iconic place in Copenhagen with its colourful and old buildings. You will really feel the atmosphere of Copenhagen whilst cruising through Nyhavn, and we will also show you where a few famous Danes have/are living. There is of course a photo stop included at Nyhavn.

Pass By: Inderhavnsbroen, Havnegade, Copenhagen 1058 Denmark

As we embark into the inner city of Copenhagen you will see the inner harbour bridge a.k.a. the kissing bridge which was made just for pedestrians and cyclists

Pass By: Copenhagen Opera House, Ekvipagemestervej 10, Copenhagen Denmark

The Royal Opera House in Copenhagen is a beautiful building you can't miss. Your guide will tell you about the Opera House and we'll make a photo stop at Ofelia Square where you of course can get a great picture with the water and Opera House in the background. Quite picturesque. Please note that we will not cross the water to go to the Opera House

Stop At: Ofelia Plads, Kvaesthusbroen, Copenhagen 1250 Denmark

By this time you will have already seen so much of Copenhagen whilst cruising through the city in a no-car zone. At Ofelia Plads you will get a great photo opportunity with the Royal Opera House in the background before we continue to the Royal Playhouse

Stop At: Christiansborg Slot, Prins Joergens Gaard 1, Copenhagen 1218 Denmark

We will pass right through our impressive Parliament located inside Christiansborg Palace. There will of course be a photo stop in front of the main staircase if you wish.

Pass By: Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Dantes Plads 7, Copenhagen 1556 Denmark

We will pass the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek as we drive in towards the cosy backstreets

Pass By: Our Saviour's Church, Skt. Annae Gade 29, Copenhagen 1416 Denmark

Our Saviours Church is recognisable with its spiral staircase on the top. We will see this building on Christianshavn as we cruise down Havnegade - please note that we will not drive over to the church.

Pass By: The Black Diamond - Royal Danish Library, Soeren Kierkegaards Plads 1, 1221 Denmark

After Nyhavn we continue into towards the inner city where we will see much more including The Old Custom House, The National Bank, The Black Diamond, and much more

Pass By: Latin Quarter, Copenhagen Denmark

We will cruise through the 'hyggelig' and charming streets of Copenhagen in the Latin Quarter

Pass By: Nikolaj Kunsthal, Nikolaj Plads 10, Copenhagen 1067 Denmark

Nikolaj Art Exhibition is an old church we will pass as we head towards Kings New Square

Pass By: Copenhagen City Hall, Raadhuspladsen 1, Copenhagen 1599 Denmark

City Hall Square, Tivoli, The New Carlsberg Glyptotek are great monuments which we will cruise by

Pass By: Copenhagen King's Square, Holmenskanal, Copenhagen 1050 Denmark

'Kongens Nytorv' = The King's New Square is considered the midpoint of Copenhagen

Pass By: Frederiks Kirke (Marmorkirken), Frederiksgade 4, Copenhagen 1265 Denmark

Frederik's Church (The Marble Church) is a beautiful monument you'll see right before we head towards the Royal Palace. If you want a photo stop please just let your guide know

Stop At: Amalienborg palace square, Copenhagen 1257 Denmark

After our cafe stop we continue down the artsy Bredgade towards the Queen's Residence at Amalienborg Palace. We will drive right up onto the square and wave to her Majesty. We will of course also do a photo stop here in front of the impressive buildings.

Stop At: Royal Danish Theater (Kongelige Teater), Tordenskjoldsgade 5 Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen 1017 Denmark

When we reach the Royal Danish Theatre on Kongens Nytorv, we will make a short cafe stop at the cafe inside the Theatre. Here we have some special prices exclusively to our Segway cruisers. You can sample some great organic beverages or cakes, if you wish (no purchase necessary).

Pass By: Tivoli Gardens, Vesterbrogade 3, Copenhagen 1630 Denmark

You will be able to see the many amusements as you pass by Tivoli Gardens. Please note that we will not enter the park

Pass By: Gefionspringvandet, Churchillparken, Copenhagen Denmark

The Gefion Fountain and Gefion Bridge is a beautiful square and once the water is running we know it's a sign of summertime in Copenhagen!

The English Church in Copenhagen is a cute landmark hidden away in the Churchill park

The Citadel is such a unique landmark in Copenhagen - the fortress from the 1600's is still an active military site and we will cruise right through it

Stop At: Segway Cruise Copenhagen, Langelinie Allé 58, 2100 København, Denmark

Your tour will now have ended and we are back at the Segway Cruise Copenhagen store. You will hand in your helmet & radio. You are more than welcome to join your guide for a complimentary organic beverage and we have a fun Segway souvenir for you. Many guests stay and enjoy the waterfront view - and you are very welcome to do so as well.

Our guide, Alex, was prompt, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was very good about letting us know what to expect-"We're going to turn right up here and go into the bicycle lane". He was always concerned about our safety and kept a close eye on the group. We did not begin until he was sure that everyone felt comfortable. Because of Alex and the beautiful weather it was one of our best days on our recent Baltic cruise.

It was a gorgeous sunny day, and it was 2 of us and Jonas, the wonderful, funny and engaging guide. The tour was fantastic, thorough, interesting and fun. We rode at a perfect pace, saw so much in just 2 hours. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see it all without having to park a car and wait for a gaggle getting on and off a bus. Fair warning, you do travel on some streets to the right of traffic, which can be a little unnerving, but the guide was watchful and safe. Also, there are a lot of uneven cobblestones, so don’t get overconfident. Loved this tour and got a new, much better perspective of Copenhagen. Top notch company and all were very friendly.

We were very concerned about booking this tour because it had zero reviews. We did find it had many excellent reviews on a non booking sight. Most tours in Copenhagen are Hop on - Hop off bus tours. We are not fans of these. No on in our group had ever ridden a Segway so we had some apprehension. A day before we were contacted via text to confirm. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly smile and warm hello. Jonas our guide had us all trained on the Segway within a minute literally. This tour was without a doubt the BEST WAY TO SEE COPENHAGEN. With all of the bike lanes, you zip around seeing everything in the two hours. This allowed us ample time to go back and see what we wanted to as well as time to dine and walk around marveling at the beauty of this city. If I could have given more than five stars I would have.
