When we arrived we were seated with others not on a table by ourselves which made it uncomfortable as it was packed. Then we were 20mins late departing the creek. Entertainment was only ok and the staff were not friendly.

This company provide good customer service- we were messaged before our cruise to tell us who the driver would be and when they would arrive to pick us up at our hotel. The driver let us know when he was on his way and picked us up on time. There was a good selection of food on board and the slow sail up the Creek was nice. However, there were people lined up at the buffet before the boat had set sail and they were not asked to sit down. We went upstairs after dinner and it was lovely, it would have been nice if you could eat your food on the top deck. Overall, this was a good value for money trip.
