Chef Walter was the instructor for the day and he was thorough, knowledgeable, funny and incredibly talented . It was the highlight of our trip , my daughter said she will not be able to eat pasta from a box anymore . The meal was beyond delicious !!!!
We loved this experience! We got there late so the class had already begun, but we were taken into the kitchen and given our own private class with a handsome and charismatic teacher. They were very accommodating! Then we got to feast on our creation in their beautiful cellar. Definitely recommend!
Great course! Number of people was just fine and the pasta and sauces were delicious! The lessons are a bit rushed, but enough to learn and make them at home.
