Very informative and knowledgeable guide. Pisa very busy advised on keeping safe (pickpockets). Lucca beautiful and peaceful after Pisa. Well organised trip and good driver

There are two bus stations in Florence, ensure that you go the correct departure point. We booked this tour as we wanted to cover both cities in one day. The tour allowed sufficient time in both locations and the tour guide was great. There was a little walking from the bus to the tower in Pisa so not ideal for those that don't want to walk, however it appears most of the tours have to stop outside the city and the visitors have to make their way to the tower.
