A truly involving experience for children, teenagers and adults: the whole family will put "hands-on" and will carry out traditional recipes of Starters (focaccias and small different pizzas), fresh egg Pasta with 2 different sauces (vegetarian and ragout) and the "gelato Buontalenti", which bears the name of the Florentine artist who invented gelato in the Renaissance, surprising and thrilling the guests during a sumptuous banquet offered by Medici family. Even today the "Buontalenti" is one of the most popular and tasty Italian gelato.

The kids will get involved in a fun and educational game and, along with adults, they will learn how to cook the dishes that represent the essence of the healthy "Mediterranean diet"!

Loved everything. The expertise was apparent and the interaction with us as students learning to cook was great.

The chefs were great with the kids and parents. The food was mediocre at best. Six adults were given 1 bottle of wine - another bottle would have been welcomed as would a salad. The meal was pizza, homemade pasta with a tomato sauce and a meat sauce and tiramisu. No vegetables.
