Forlat Galway og len deg tilbake i luksusbussen på veien sørvestover i retning verdensberømte Cliffs of Moher i Clare fylke. Turen går langs naturskjønne kystveier, og bussen stopper i koselige fiskerlandsbyer og ved historiske steder. Første stopp er i Kinvara, en vakker fiskerlandsby kjent for sin største attraksjon, Dunguaire-slottet. Spaser rundt utenfor slottet mens guiden forteller fra dets imponerende historie, som går helt tilbake til 1500-tallet.
Reisen går videre gjennom Burren nasjonalpark – eller rett og slett «The Burren» – der du vil bli bergtatt av landskapet med bølgende åser dekket av kalkstein. Blant de mange eldgamle monumentene i nasjonalparken er Poulnabrone Dolmen, som regnes for å være det mest fotograferte megalittiske monument i landet, og det mindre kjente Ballyalban Fairy Fort.
Bussen stopper rett utenfor Kilfenora, der du kan stige av for å se noen keltiske kors og høre guiden fortelle om deres historie og symbolikk. Vi spiser lunsj i den lille kystlandsbyen Doolin i nærheten. Den inntas i en av byens legendariske puber – Gus O'Connors – som er viden kjent for tradisjonell irsk musikk og god mat.
Ettermiddagen tilbringes på klippekanten ved fantastiske Cliffs of Moher, noe som garantert blir høydepunktet på denne dagen. Her har du ca. to timer på å vandre rundt på egen hånd og beundre den uforglemmelige utsikten over Atlanterhavet og Aran Islands. Scener i flere klassiske filmer er innspilt her, som for eksempel Prinsessebruden og Harry Potter og Halvblodsprinsen. Klippene, som er oppført på UNESCOs verdensarvliste, er et perfekt sted for en forfriskende spasertur i uforglemmelig natur.
Turen tilbake til Galway går langs kystveiene og tar en siste pause der du kan vandre på The Burren.

Paul was amazing !!! hilarious guide and very informative as well.Could not have asked for more really. Well worth the money!! Price includes the cliffs entry feee. I thought it was just enough time.... you have to move quickly tho.... so don't spend TOO much time in one place at the cliffs

The trip was well worth the time. We stopped along the way to see many places of historical significance, and of course the Cliffs had breathtaking views. Our driver Ken, also the guide explained the history of Ireland in detail ahead of the stops. Overall the tour was relaxing and enjoyable.

Very nice tour, our guide and driver Dave was excellent, very funny and informative, the countryside is beautiful and there is plenty to see, we had luck with the weather, it was sunny, I recommend taking this tour if you are in the neighbourhood

I Believe that our driver name is Ken, older gentleman, gray hair, the best tour driver ever, he lived in London for few years, the most professional and kind. This is my favorite tour from our visit in Ireland , we stopped in a small town for lunch, the food was amazing, restaurant name is O’Connors best fish and chips ! Great and fast service, highly recommend this tour.

My husband and I took this tour in January. Not the warmest time of year but if you’re prepared, you’ll be fine. Plus, the beauty of the countryside overshadows the weather. Our guide, Will was informative. The stops along the way were fantastic! Definitely pop into the chocolate shop next to Gus O’Connor’s Pub (where we had lunch) in Doolin. Delicious!!!

Well thought out and planned tour. Our tour guide, Gary, was very knowledgable, charismatic, and fun! The pub we stopped at for lunch in Doolin had great food and drinks and great service. Would recommend.

Great trip, but what made it best was our driver Tom, very informative and the trip was toms way versus following the other bus cattle line to the sites. If possible, ask for him, you won't regret it.We had great weather which of course makes all the sites that much more enjoyable to see.Bus pickup from the hotels was a plus as well.

It was beautiful and the trip to the cliffs of moher was entertaining and Mike our driver was funny and had a lot of stories. The only thing that could be improved would be where we had lunch. It was a packed small restaurant and we had a short time to eat and felt so rushed..food was good though. Would definitely book again.

Great bus driver, Damien,extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a foggy day at the cliffs but had a great time nonetheless
