Once you are assigned to a group, it is not possible to change the language or the starting time of your tour unless Nhue Concierge staff has communicated you previously.
The tickets you will be provided with are special tickets for groups. This means they are assign to the accreditation of your tour guide and they are not valid without such accreditation. Therefore, if you get lost during the tour or you decide to leave the group, you won’t be able to enter any of the different monuments (Gardens, Alcazaba nor Nasrid Palaces). We highly recommend you to follow your tour guide during the course of your tour and not to wander around by yourself.
Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.

We had Juan as our guide and he did a great job. Pace was perfect and lots of interesting information. Be warned this is a pretty good work out with lots of stairs and about 3 hours of walking. The Alhambra is spectacular and if you do one tour this is it. Book way ahead and the morning are much cooler and less busy. Highly recommend!

We loved the small guided tour by Juan Antonio. He was very knowledgeable about the Alhambra and how the palace changed over the course of history. Take Juan's guided tour but book early to choose your preferred date.

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, fun and engaging. We walked through each part at the right speed finding out the interesting facts. Whilst 3 hours seems a long time there was a lot to see and learn.

the tour is very lovely and you will a lot about the history of the Alhambra palace its background. the place is very amazing and beautiful. I suggest not to go with small kids as you need to walk a lot without stroller. Moreover do not go in the summer the heat will be an issue sometimes.

Our guided tour was awesome! Marta our tour guide was very passionate and well educated in the history of the Alhambra and Spain. We had a great time and learned a lot. And would highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Marta as your guide.

Our tour guide Marta was very informative, knowledgable and able to answer any questions in connection with the history of Alhambra. I didn’t realise Alhambra is a city and even though I enjoyed the gardens, the architecture and the amazing history it was by the end quite tiring. Three and a half hours of walking later and I was desperate to get back to my hotel and rest. That being said this tour is a must when visiting Granada so make sure you have comfortable footwear !!!

Alhambra itself was very interesting. Our groups disappoint was a result of the listening equipment provided. It was very directional resulting in our missing a great deal of the information being provided by our guide. Leaving us with the impression we would have been better renting an individual headset and foregoing the tour.

When visiting the Alhambra, definitely do a tour, otherwise you'd miss 80 of what the structure is trying to convey to you. Our guide, Marta who was amazing by the way told us that Alhambra has been referred to as a book with gardens. And she did an excellent job of spelling out the symbolism, very clear and chronological run down of events to place everything in context, and dished out some awesome facts about the place. Would highly recommend!

The 3 hour tour was exceptionally wonderful. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and really made this tour memorable. The Alhambra is not to be missed, when visiting Southern Spain, for its massive scale and unique history.
