Make your own way over to Nha Rong Pier (Saigon Port) in the evening where Bonsai Cruise is docked to start this relaxing dinner cruise. Once arriving at the pier you will see a “California Fitness & Yoga Studio” on the right hand side. Proceed to the check in counter and port gate which is located straight ahead. Our Reception Crew will welcome you and check you in. Once past the gate, Bonsai Cruise is located on the right hand side next to 3 other cruise ships. Our team will guide you accordingly. Once aboard, take a stroll around the ships classic Indochinese inspired design or sip your welcome cocktail on our terrace, offering the ultimate in sightseeing, including 180-degree views of Ho Chi Minh City.

At time of booking, Cruise passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: Hotel name or residence address in Vietnam, full name, date of birth and nationality
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Dress Code: Casual, no dress code is required
Payments: There are no additional charge for your dinner & cruise ticket however drinks are billed separately on board and based on your consumption. We accept major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard and cash payments in Vietnamese Dong or US Dollar.
Children: All children of all age are welcomed on board. However please kindly take responsibility for your kids safety on board. There is no designated staff to supervise children. Kids chairs are available on board. All toddlers under 5 years of age go free of charge.
Safety & food safety: Our ship is certified by official authorities and holds all safety permits as well as food hygiene permits and maintained regularly to adhere to strict safety regulations. There are 220 life jackets for adults and 40 life jackets for children on board. Some are located under your dining tables, some are stored at the nearby Buffet counter. All staff is trained in case of emergency and our crew on board will give a short safety demonstration. Ice cubes on board are safe to use/drink and are made with filtered water that has been purified and is safety certified.
Private dining: Although you have booked a join in cruise with other guests, every booking is seated separately and as their private table. All tables are located next to the windows on either side of the ship.
Internet: There is available WIFI on board however depending on the location this can cut in and out of service. Please check with your waiter for the password on board.
Seasickness: We operate on the Saigon River which is a very calm body of water. Our ship is very stable, so in most cases you can hardly tell that we are moving
Smoking: All dining areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the terrace or sundeck.
Weather: Although our ships have open windows, we are able to close them shut if rain occurs. We sail rain or shine year around.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
