Day 1 Includes:

Collection from any hotel or address in Johannesburg

We travel roughly 2 Hours from Johannesburg, into the North West Province of South Africa and make our way to Big 5 Pilanesberg National Park.

We enter the park for morning game drive in closed, air-conditioned vehicle, in search of the animals that inhabit the national park

Midday we arrive at your 4 star lodge in time for lunch and check into your room.

In the afternoon we will embark on an Afternoon open 4x4 vehicle safari drive with a local guide, hoping to locate members of the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Buffalo) that may have eluded us thus far.

Dinner at your lodge

Day 2 Includes:

An Early morning game drive in open 4x4 safari vehicle with your local guide.

Return to camp for nutritious breakfast, and relaxation time untill your light lunch

An Afternoon open vehilce safari drive in an open 4x4 safari vehicle

Dinner at the Lodge

Day 3 Includes:

An Early morning game drive in open 4x4 safari vehicle with your local guide.

Return to camp for nutritious breakfast,

Depart to the Sun City resort for time at Leisure and Lunch on own account,

Departure to Johannesburg

We booked a 3 day safari and had confirmation of our booking ahead of our trip. Once we arrived in Johannesburg the tour operator MoAfrica contacted us and informed us that out booking was never confirmed with the lodge like we had been told. Our 3 day tour became a reduced 2 day tour and we had to find a hotel in the city to make up for the lost day that as far as we were aware was fully confirmed and booked. We were meant to have 4 game drive during our 3 night say but this ended up being only 2 game drives and a 2 night stay. That being said the two game drives that we were able to attend were very good and we managed to see most of the big 5. We had the news broken to us that the big 5 that we missed were all seen on the previous day that we should have been there.
