This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang Angkor, Siem Reap Cambodia

Tourists could expect to see 12 centuries temple build by king Jayavarman VII located in Angkor park, after head to Pre Rub build in 10 century by king Rajendravarman 962, after we head to Banteay Samre temple. Our tour guide will explain you details during your tour to those temples.

Stop At: Banteay Srei, Siem Reap Cambodia

After lunch we will head to Banteay Srei known as lady or pink temple build by Yajnavaraha in 961. Banteay Srei is the best carving and very details temples will beautiful pink sandstone. Our license guide will explain you more details when you visit this temple. After finishing temples we will head back and will stop by the village that they making palm sugar as their part time jobs and some families they do this job as the everyday jobs. Our tour guide will explain you more details how they processing the Palm suger.

Stop At: Tonle Sap Lake, Lower Mekong Basin Cambodia

After finish the temple we will head to Tonle Sap lake to see floating village, school, church, shopping and restaurants after we will wait for sunset on boat or at the rooftop restaurant there. Our tour guide will explain details how do they live and their everyday life. After we head back to Hotel.

Good package to see some of the better preserved and more beautiful temples outside the main ones. However, the itinerary ends at around 1-2pm including lunch, and there is a big gap to the optional intinerary of sunset viewing. So either skip sunset or pay extra to see something else.

We enjoyed the individualized attention of this tour, and were pleased to avoid the crowds as much as possible. Our guide was very passionate and knowledgeable and shared with us relevant personal insight as well as historical facts, helping us to better understand past and present. He showed us many details we would have otherwise missed, and also helped us get some fantastic photos. Our driver was also knowledgeable and ensured our comfort throughout the day we ended up hiring him for a second day. We finished our itinerary long before sunset on a very hot, sunny day, so we added an extra temple, then decided to return to our hotel. If you don't require extra time for mobility and really want to enjoy the sunset, I would suggest starting later in the day or adding some extra, air-conditioned stops. This was a wonderful tour.

Our guide - Ranet and the driver were courteous and cheerful. Apart from showing us places and telling us the stories behind, Ranet also offered us useful guide on taking great photos using phone camera. However, if you choose to see sunset at Phnom Krom small hill instead of Tonle Sap lake, please prepare to go on your own as Ranet will unlikely to accompany you journey walking up is around 15 - 20 mins. While one can opt to join group tour with similar experience, a private tour a definitely worthwhile if you require flexibility in terms of time and personalized attention.
