Sushi is undoubtedly a favorite food of many, and you can now learn to make your own sushi in Japan and impress friends and families back home! With all ingredients and tools included, you will have the opportunity to create sushi rolls and nirigi with the guidance of a professional chef. You will start with a selection of plates, sushi tools, and uniform that fits your personal style. Next, your chef will guide you through the process of making sushi from the basics of preparing the rice to the hand technique needed for sushi perfection. At the end of your course, you will be able to taste your hard work and take a photograph home with you for souvenir!
