Very good overview of the city, covering all of the major sites. I would recommend doing this one soon after you arrive to help orientate yourself with the city. We covered a lot of ground on this tour but were in the car between most sites. This is a good tour if you don't want to walk for too long at a time. From what our tour guide said, it sounded like where you stop for lunch is pretty flexible. I would recommend stopping at the Timeout Market like we did, at least for dessert and coffee if not the full lunch.
