Bicester Village Shopping Trip from London: Gift Card, Lunch and VIP Discounts

We take this package every year during our annual trips to London but this time it was dissapointing because: 1 they did not prepare our 'arrival package' upon our arrival like always so we had to walk to their office and waited for quite a while for them to do it as there were many other customers there which had wasted our very limited shopping time there 2 Bicester Village seemed a lot smaller now after the renovation with lesser well known brand names there. The choices of items to be purchased are also so very limited. Normally we will be bringing back lots of shopping bags but this time around we only bought very2 few items as the choices are very2 limited.

The shopping was great! The gift card came with a 50pound cerdit which you can use to pay for your purchase. Changing for the lunch voucher was easy at the information center. The only thing which I felt could be done better was the pick up. We were asked to wait at the bus stop at Westminster at 9am. However, we realized that the bus also picked up other passengers at other venues and we were on the bus for an hr before actually setting off for Bicester Village. It was almost like a city tour all over again. It will be better if there is just one pick up point.

I enjoyed my day when I eventually got yo board the bus. They had my name incorrectly spelt which caused issues. A warning to those who book the tour with add ons. You are not all on same tour and unless you enquire and show your booking info there is no reference on tour to this, so it is up to you to find someone to tell you where to go. This is confusing and unsettling, but you need to go to Visitor Centre, where after time someone issues you 15 lunch voucher and the 50 shopping voucher. You have paid for this the others only paid for bus journey. This is very confusing. Should be made clearer. Venue is fantastic, bargains great and staff in outlets lovely. Would definitely do this again but be prepared if you do the extended version as would be easy to miss out on what you had actually paid for. Staff on bus not most helpful.
