Some very helpful friendly staff. Managed to get in two routes into 48 hour ticket. Downtown LA route times bit confusing with need for shuttle bus to initially get there suggest doing it first thing in morning eg 1015hrs if you want to see all sites. If you leave on last bus you can only do the loop if you get off you'll need to find own way back to Hollywood Beverly Hills etc
It was a great way to get around the city. And listen when they told you what Everything was along the way. And you could jump of and walk around and then jump on again on Another Place.
The concept is a good one, get on and off in different parts of Los Angeles. The implementation was terrible: company indicates service every 30 minutes, but that never happened! More like a 45 minute to an hour in each of the three stops I made. Good luck if you try this!!
recorded messages and drivers don't stop at every stop....they called our stop as next but drove through it without stopping....we have to get subway back to our apartment....tour stops were difficult to find as not posted very well
It was a very comfortable way to see Hollywood. I think that interaction with a person, would have made it more enjoyable.
The tour buses were always clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We purchased the 48-hr tickets and were able to get all but 2 of the tours. I suggest you do the entire route and get the pass with the free wax museum ticket.
The tour was great loved how they told the history of each spot. Loved how they have a lot of souvenir stores.
Great trip, a little bit hot. It should be good to have something to protect us from the sun when you go on top of the bus. The rest is great!
Sometimes takes longer than 30min wait to catch the next bus but overall a great service. Got to see most of the sites we planned to see for the time we had there. Drivers were all very friendly and helpful.

Same red bus, different city. We chose to sit on top and catch all the great California rays as well as the sites. Highly recommend as the different routes get you al over the city.
