I went early June and bought a trip to Ouzoud from Viator. My booking included a pickup and dropoff at my hotel, a bottled water and a guide. There might have been a confusion Because They only provided me with a transportation to the place. When we got to Ouzoud, there was still No water bottle given and had to pay extra for the guide! If you book this trip, confirm with the company first what is included coz I definitely did not get what I paid for. You should still see Ouzoud though. Beautiful scenery and worth the hike.
Excellent arrangements and communication with tour operator. Pickup on time. Excellent considerate knowledgeable driver and guide. Beautiful nature and fantastic views over the waterfall and cascade
Great trip to the Ouzoud Waterfall, pocked up on time and greeted by the lovely driver at reception. Great comfortable air conditioned van to drive the 2.5 hour journey. Ibrahim and Omar were our tour guides, extremely informative and friendly! Explained everything to the group in numerous languages so nobody was left out. Waterfall was incredible and feeding he monkeys was an experience I will never forget. Thank you very much for a wonderful day trip - definitely worth it!
