After we pick you up at your place we head south of Medellin to another city.

In this beautiful colonial city we visit different food stands just to pick the best ones to try out.

Our first snack is the Chocolo Arepa.

We are going to try the Chocolo type, which is a different type than the white Arepa that you probably tried already. Chocolo Arepa is sweeter and has a different taste compared to the regular white one.

Some of our guests find the Chocolo Arepa similar to the Pancake, let’s see what you think when you try it.

Our second snack is a buñuelo: A fried dough ball. Our Buñuelo is made with cheese and the surface is usually crunchy, very common throughout the year but specially on christmas.

Our next stop will be to try a sip of Aguardiente our traditional alcohol made from anise seeds.

Empanadas are a mold of pastry filled with potatoes or rice and ground meat, usually fried.

After the empanada we are going to try a very particular piece of meat (we won´t tell you what it is until after you have tried it) but here is a clue: has its roots in Argentina but with a different name.

This Coffee Tea is a product we´re creating at this farm, it doesn´t have caffeine and it has an amazing taste different than coffee, take the tour and find out the fruity notes.
