Puffing Billy + Mount Dandenong Private Tour

Take a scenic drive to Sky High, the summit of Mt. Dandenong. Sky High offers great views of Melbourne and Victoria’s surrounding areas. Stroll among the beautiful English garden, or relax at the cafe that overlooks all the best views. Explore William Ricketts Sanctuary, a beautiful sculpture garden set in the rainforest, which is inspired by Aboriginal philosophies and spirituality. Olinda, a cosy mountain village, is filled with excellent cafes and an award-winning pie shop- which is the perfect place for a lunch stop. There are also some very interesting boutiques for you to wander around in. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to feed some native Australian birds such as cockatoos, galas, Australian King parrots, and rosellas. You will then take a ride on the Puffing Billy, an old steam train that will take you on a very picturesque ride through the lush forest of the mountains. Towards the end of your day, we will take you to a big water catchment which is connected to a nature reserve where you will spot kangaroos in the wild!
