Our private tour guide was awesome! Very knowledgable and helpful. Aside from the things that were promised on the tour, she helped us get tickets for an opera at la Scala and guided us through other areas not on the tour itnerary. She also helped guide us with the metro station for another site we were going to visit the next day. Having a private tour guide was an excellent way to tour the important areas of Milan and tailor the experience to your preferences and needs.
