This walking tour, lasting around two hours, starts at St. Anthony's of Padua Church, the oldest existing Italian parish and the first Italian church in New York City, built in 1886. Saunter by Caffe Reggio, the first espresso coffee house in Greenwich Village founded 1906. Enjoy a Grandmaslice at Ben's Pizzeria. See the daily selection of homemade egg, chocolate, basil and lemon pastas at Raffetto's Pasta Shop. Munch on a tasty meatball and Italian pepper biscuits. Top it all off with a yummy pastry from Rocco's bakery Learn about local history and lore, with Walking Greg, your local guide. He'll give you the inside scoop on the history in this famous neighborhood. All samples subject to change

Greg is knowledgeable. His history in the area of Greenwich made this tour interesting. He is a very fun and energetic individual. The tastings were great! The visits in the quaint shops were wonderful. These places are the heart of NYC - away from the glitz of midtown! Loved this tour and highly recommend it!

My wife and I enjoyed this lovely little tour. Greg the tour guide lived on the street where we started and clear loves his local district. Food was great with a wide selection. Good value and something a little different while your in nyc.
