We had reserved a 6:30pm, 90 minute tour. When we arrived and checked in 30 minutes early, we learned we had to wait in a long line on the street for an available bus. The line took 45 minutes so we didn't begin until after 6:45. We couldn't understand the tour guide who spoke very quickly. The sights were good but we didn't get the benefit of any of the actual tour since we couldn't understand the driver. The actual tour was more than 2 hours and we didn't get back until after 9pm (for a tour that was supposed to end at 8pm). I would highly recommend a different tour company.

tour guide was great!!!!!! knowledgable and personable. there were some folks in the back causing a ruckus and she was super polite and got them to stop. we had already done a LOT of walking so it was nice to ride around and see parts of NYC we hadn't seen yet.

The Gray Line having a very bad service that i ever had through out the whole trip, The person who is sit at the office is extremely rude and lazy man. I am very very disappointed of the Gray Line never come back for this service again.
