A smooth quick ride up to top of the rock gave us the best view of the city and especially the Central Park. Staff excellent at keeping things organized and lines moving. A good experience overall

The day we originally booked this for was raining but with the pre-bought ticket, we were able to book a time for another day. This purchase requires you to book a time slot when you get to NYC so it's not the actual ticket that lets you walk in whenever you'd like. If you're an early bird and you're hoping to get pictures without too many people around, I recommend going at opening (8am). We made it and were able to get fabulous shots!

This was our first trip to New York and The Top of the Rock was ideal to see the famous landmarks and just to get the sheer size of the city. Not tiring as lifts take you to where you need to be. Ticketed so that it’s not overly busy and you can view everything at leisure. Would definitely recommend it.

Easy to book and you get discount if you do an additional Rockefeller tour. Great savings, tour guide Lisa was awesome! I highly recommend this company

The three viewing levels offer fantastic unobstructed views if the city. Awesone views of The Empire State Building and Central Park.

I pre booked a voucher and was horrified to see just one person at the kiosk who was multi tasking - so a small queue took 20/30 minutes to get my ticket for a 22:15 entry time. More Queues on arrival and all the way up to the top made this a trip to forget. If you're going to do it there are two golden rules. Do the empire state during the day and this at night - or vice versa as the contrast is excellent.

On arrival to the ticket office, they refused to allow us enter as we had not made a reservation. Which was not printed on the ticket.Very dissappointed as this was our last night in NY.

Really enjoyed the view of the observation deck and the staff was amazing. However, there needs to be better communication related to the print/electronic voucher as it states either. But upon arrival the manager requested a printed voucher which took over about 20 minutes additional time of our day

most stressful time of my life. Gave me 2 instead of 8 tickets for vouchers. manager did not want to make it good. I had to find an email which I would have done from beginning. I was so so livid my blood pressure went up. so much to say but words are limited. view itself was awesome.
