Depending upon which option you choose, you'll meet your guide at either 9am or 2pm in front of your Waikiki hotel. Leave the rush of the city behind as you journey to the windward side, where white sand beaches are tucked at the base of the rugged Ko'olau Mountains.

Since this tour is a small group tour, you'll enjoy a personalized, small group experience while driving around the island's southern tip past blowholes and rugged coastline. See Sandy Beach, which due to the thundering, neck-shattering shore break is Hawaii's most dangerous beach, as lookouts in Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head, and Kahala.

For visitors who are fans of Hollywood movies, see the sites where many of your favorite films where shot, including "50 First Dates," "Godzilla," and numerous scenes from "Hawaii Five-O." On the drive back to Honolulu, stop at dramatic Pali Lookout for views down into the rainforest, and hear your guide recount how these cliffs were the site of an ancient battle.

After this half-day of island adventures, and with sand between your toes, your tour finishes when you're dropped at the door of your Waikiki hotel.

This is a phenomenal tour, operated by a first class tour company, Daniels Hawaii. The owner operator, Daniel, is a first class guide who is passionate about Oahu and spares no trouble to make his clients comfortable. We toured and stopped at many beautiful beaches and overlooks all along the east coast of the island.
