All guests birth dates, genders and full name spellings as printed in passports or government issued IDs are required at checkout. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of tour/activity without refund.
All guests must bring a valid ID for airport security check-in. International guests must bring a valid passport for airport security check-in.
Children under 2 years of age are considered FREE if child is on lap and does not occupy a seat. You will still be required to provide the child's full name, gender and birth date for TSA purposes.
ADA Accesible: Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs, the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
Not all stops on this tour are ADA accessible, including the following locations: Thurston Lava Tube; Access to sand portion of Richardson’s Black Sand Beach is not ADA accessible. Beach Park is partially accessible; Path to Kilauea Steam Vents is ADA accessible via unpaved gravel path.

Wear sturdy, covered walking shoes, dress comfortably and bring a light jacket.
Locations/Routes may be modified due to National Park and State Park advisories.
No guaranteed sighting of active lava flows.
Dinner available for purchase, eaten at the Lava Rock Café at approximately 4:00pm.
Snacks & small food items available for purchase at Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Factory.

Tour features can change daily as we cannot predict weather and lava viewing conditions. We do not guarantee sighting of lava flows. Surface lava flows may be present but may not be visible due to environmental conditions or time constraints. If conditions permit, walking/hiking on rough, uneven lava surfaces is involved. Wear sturdy, covered walking shoes.

Was a fabulous tour, picked up from hotel at 7am and dropped off by 10pm. Would have liked to have stayed a little longer after sunset at the volcano as it was still a little light when we left and we feel the glow would have been a lot better if we could have stayed a bit longer. Lunch was good but maybe a bit pricey.

Our tour guide was a sweat heart! She had a lot of knowledge about the island and made everyone feel welcomed. The actual tour was kind of slow paced.
