On your selected date of travel, you'll meet your guide at the park of your choice and start navigating like a pro. These Walt Disney World experts will be there to ensure you are spending less time in lines and more time having fun. You will never need to ask for directions to your next ride or wonder where a bathroom might be and you certainly won't miss anything important!

Your highly trained guides are also experienced in assisting families with all types of disabilities and special needs. With the complimentary consultation and advanced planning services, a touring plan will be created that's ideal for the needs of your family. While on tour, your guide can assist with wheelchairs and other mobility devices and they are trained in how to use the Disability Access Service efficiently. The guide can also find rest areas quickly and they explain the details of each ride and attraction to assist in making good choices for your family.

There are 3 different options to choose from:

3-Hour Park Orientation Tour:

Your guide will provide a 3-hour tour of the Disney park of your choosing. Stop at rides and attractions that coincide with your families interests. Your guided overview of the park with insider tips and expert advice will allow you to confidently navigate the park and maximize your time for the rest of the day!

6-Hour Double the Magic Tour:

On a 6-hour tour be prepared to ride more rides, see more shows and experience the magic of a Disney park! Your guide will make sure you get the most out of your day at the park and see and do as much (if not more!) than those visiting the park for an entire day on their own.

9-Hour Full Day or Park Hopper Tour:

On a 9-Hour tour your guide will lead your family around the park while you experience the ultimate Disney adventure full of rides, shows, parades, and more! Choose the Hopper Tour to visit two of the four theme parks in one day in the most efficient way possible.

Price is valid for up to six (6) guests. Price does not include admission to Walt Disney World. Additional time may be purchased based on availability. Park-hopping is allowed for 9-hour packages.

They won't answer the phone for the schedule and it ruined my day .. Florida for families might be one of the worst companies... They charged me and i don't get my your wow ...awesome ... Ruined my 1st Disney day ...

This was a first trip for me and my two kids 5 and 8 year olds to Disneyworld. Having our guide for our first day at Magic Kingdom was the best decision ever. We had the guide come with us for 6 hour-option followed by two days of 3 hour option, and it truly changes the experience you might have had. The agency booked our tickets and fast passes for the days with the guide they also provide bottled water and grocery delivery to the resort/hotel, and the guide took care of the lines, restroom or restaurant location, and much more. Since I could not take my 8 yo on some of the rides, and leave not-big-enough my 5 yo to fend for herself, it was awesome to have a second adult to take him on Splash mountain and other attractions, while I tool the little one to those good for her age. Later, We had our guide same person help us at the Hollywood studios for 3 hours, and Epcot for 3 hours. The kids really bonded with her, as she was a friendly person and fun to hand around with. She also is great at pointing little lesser-known things and tricks at all the parks, and can navigate the parks like the back of her hand. She will explain where other things are, when you are on her own, and generally puts you at ease in otherwise potentially stressful situation of crowds and lines. Truly, it is the best investment in quality of your vacation, and your peace of mind!!!
