Jet Boat Adventure & Secret Lagoon Self Drive Adventure

This Adventure starts from Drumboddsstadir Base Camp which is in an approximately 1.5 hour drive away from the capital. Once you are there you will meet your professional Jet Boat guide which will give you a quick briefing along with issuing you the necessary equipment (Waterproof suit, gloves and safety equipment). Then the Jet Boat adventure begins as you drift along the magnificent Hvita River, or the White River at amazing speed. The Hvita River, located at the Gullfoss Canyon is truly a perfect river for an exciting Jet Boat adventure, as the river offers us to ride at fast speed between the rugged basalt cliffs, as well as offering us quieter stretches where the rich local bird life can be enjoyed along with the breathtaking view surrounding you. After spending 40 minutes on the river you will head on to the next part of the adventure, the Secret Lagoon. Soaking in the natural hot pool known as the Secret Lagoon is the ideal way to relax after the thrilling Jet Boat adventure. Please note that this is a self drive tour, travelers need to make their way to both locations in their own vehicle. The adventure starts at 11:30 AM from Drumboddsstadir Base Camp. The admission ticket to the Secret Lagoon is an open ticket so you can choose at what time you would like to visit them on the day of your tour.
