Om denne aktiviteten
Set off from Piazza di Spagna, and then proceed to the Spanish Steps, with their lively atmosphere and stunning views down into the winding alleys of the heart of the historic center. Next you will encounter one of Rome's most dramatic monuments, the beautiful Trevi Fountain.
Your stroll through Rome continues with a stop at Piazza Colonna, which contains the column erected by Marcus Aurelius and is considered by Romans to be the very center of the city. Stop at the Pantheon, with its impressive concrete dome and open oculus, which never fails to impress. Nearby you will explore Piazza Navona, with Bernini's famous "Fountain of the Four Rivers" triumphantly marking its center.

Explore the impressive ruins or have lunch at any of the several nearby restaurants (own expense) before meeting your guide for your Best of Rome Walking Tour in the afternoon.
Please note:
* The Pantheon is closed on Saturday for Mass. Full explanation about the Pantheon will be given from the outside.

This was a great tour - very informational and a good way to get a view of the city and some of the primary monuments while walking through the city in an afternoon. (We then spent another day at the Colosseum and one day at the Vatican).
The tour guide was extremely knowledgable about all the sites. It's a great way to take in a multitude of sites in a short time.
our guides although completely different were both knowledgeable and thorough , i enjoyed the Ancient Rome walk better and my wife enjoyed the Best of Rome better, maybe not doing both in one day would be better, but our time in Rome was limited
This was our first tour in Rome and we loved our guide Ilaria. She was really knowledgeable and fun! I would recommend her and this tour! Lots of walking
