Meet your host and learn everyting about the Italian art to make Gelato. Learn the differences between gelato and ice-cream, ow to select good places. Get entertained by a nice "gelato game" that will help you to focus on your taste buds. Enjoy an amazing gelato while walking towards your class site. Access the kitchen of the famous Pastry store specialized in artisan Tiramisu. Wear your apron and be ready to work, we'll bake our own savoiardo (lady finger cookie), we'll make our own gelato water based and all steps for a stunning tiramisu. Spend your time with us cooking and tasting tiramisu and italian sorbet in ancient building few steps by Navona Square, the Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. Learn ow to prepare the cream, ow to select ingredients and how to work professionally bt in a friendly atmosphere. Master the art of using your pastry-bag and set your tiramisu. Enjoy your creations and compare those with the professional-made ones. At the end of the class receive a Certificate of Attendance, list o favorite places to eat in Rome and all the recipes to use once back home. This was the most fun thing on the trip. The chef was great and walked us through every step, letting us do it all. We had such a good laugh and then got to have some of what we made.
