Private Full-Day Tour of Assisi from Rome

OPTION 1

In the morning, around 8AM your private driver with a very comfortable vehicle, will pick you up from your hotel in Rome. After that in around 2:30h you will reach the Town of Assisi, in the centre of the Umbria Region.

In Assisi you will meet your private guide that will help you to discover the beauty of Assisi in a 3 hours Tour. You will start from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli (St. Mary of the Angels), which houses the Porziuncola. From there your driver will take you up at Assisi where you will visit the Basilica of St Francis, the Basilica of St Clare and the Church of St Damiano. The guide is at your disposal in case you wish to change a bit the itinerary.

Later return with your private vehicle to Rome Hotel.

OPTION 2

Travel by Train from Rome to Assisi and back. Meet the guide and driver at Assisi Station and start the 3 hours tour of Assisi as above.

Later you can catch the train immeditely or we can book return to Rome a bit later, so you can have some time free in Assisi.
