Dagstur til Monterey, Carmel og 17-Mile Drive fra San Francisco

Aquarium in Monterey is not to be missed. Driver/Guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining and gracious. Only quibble: lighthouse stop and stop for breakfast/snack at small convenience store should not have happened.

Doug was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable and fun it was nice to have someone else driving you around to all the sights and we stopped quite a few times and got some great pictures.

This was such a great day from start to finish. Seeing the coastline, towns, beaches, farms and everything else was just fantastic. Our tour guide was funny, warm, and full of knowledge.

josh was an excellent guide. prompt, knowledgable and thorough, very informed on the subject matter. very interesting.

Are the most important things I find on a trip like this, is the driver. Did a very good job of narrating the trip pointing out fun things along the way. the stops seem to be well-planned, my wife and I had adequate time to look around and grab meals.

Beautiful trip. Randy our guide was outstanding. Very personable and knowledgeable. Through no fault of his we had a breakdown of the bus. We were delayed about an hour or more but everything was fixed and we were on our way. Pacific Ocean views and Monterey just beautiful. Would highly recommend this trip to everyone. Make sure you ask for Randy.

Don was a great driver/tour guide. Lots of opportunities for photos and food/bathroom breaks. Too much time spent in Monterey and too little time in Carmel. One hour there is not enough.

I extremely enjoyed this trip. The driver/tour guide was extraordinary. It's a must to have trip. The front desk was also very helpful.

Beautiful vistas; wonderful guide and driver: Thomas. Thomas was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. He was able to handle a difficult situation when passengers smelled exhaust fumes. Some panicked and threatened him, but he very cooly pulled over three times to make sure all was okay and got us home safe and sound.

A fantastic day trip, with a stop in Monterey, followed by drive to Pebble Beach which if you're in to Golf it's superb, then on to Carmel by the Sea which is really good too.

Our driver, Tom, was an excellent guide, and gave an enthusiastic commentary throughout the day. He was so knowledgeable, and could answer any questions. We liked the depth of his stories about the places and people associated with Monterey and Carmel. He knew a lot about John Steinbeck and his characters, and brought the subject to life with his own similar experiences. He gave good advice on restaurants in Cannery Row. The tour was interesting—seeing millionaire homes on the 17 Mile Ride, seeing chipmunks on the beach, then the scenic drive home. Excellent.

Our tour guide was delightful and friendly. Maybe just a little less talk so we can just enjoy scenery? In town going out of town talking is fine. Also, the Otter feeding time at the Monterrey Bay Aquarium is right at 1:30 and we don't get there in time for the 1030 feeding so if you could make the bus rendezvous 1:45 that would be perfect. We went to that aquarium specifically for the otters. The Gilroy garlic stop was also lots of fun. Thanks.

I took my niece and nephew from Australia, both teenagers, and we all agreed the views, and information given throughout the tour by our guide Julio was very good.

I choose this tour because I want to show my sister one of most beautiful areas of California, to be honest I didn’t want to drive. I thought it was good idea taking this tour. It was bad idea. Gray line tours use the most incompetent driver/guide I ever experienced, his name is Danilo. (I work in the tourism industry). He say he had 20 yrs of experience, think I don’t believe because he had the worst accent to speak, most of the information he present was wrong or incomplete. Not a safe driver and left us behind in Caramel. I show up at the meeting spot on time and the bus was gone. I have to call the office so the return back to pick up us back. His excuse was that he miscounted. He was practically begging for tips. I don’t recommend Gray line for any other tours in San Francisco specially this tour guide Danilo.

We enjoyed every part of the trip. The driver (Don) / guide was very informative and we were allowed to have a few extra stops down the beautiful coastline. The views were amazing. The fish dishes we had at The Fish Hopper in Monterey were delicious.The wine in The Tree House Cafe in Carmel was to extremely enjoyable. The whole day was fantastic and not expensive. M and J.

About 12hour trip. Driver was very friendly. Stop in Monterey is a bit long if you don’t do an Acquarium. Carmel stop was only an hour, which did not allow much for an exploring of this beautiful spot . We stopped on the way at a farmers food stand with awesome strawberries and later at a pumpkin farm.

I highly recommend this trip! Josh our driver was excellent! Beautiful scenery, great stops, excellent restaurants on the way!
