After your hotel pickup, your Santiago night tour starts on a high note with a trip to the top of Cerro Santa Lucia. As you stand on top of the hill, enjoy the stunning view of Santiago lighting up and coming to life for the night.

Hop back in your minivan and explore the old part of Santiago in the neighborhoods — or

barrios — of Bellavista and Lastarria. Drive through cute Bellavista, admiring its charming buildings and witnessing its lively, bohemian scene as trendy restaurants and bars start filling up for the evening.

In bustling Lastarria, get out of your minivan for a short walk with your guide and check out the neighborhood’s historical architecture while passing by cultural sites such as the Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts. Travel onward to Barrio Cívico, home to La Moneda, the country’s neoclassical governmental palace. Hop out for a photo opportunity of the grand

palacio before continuing through the financial district, known as the portmanteau ‘Sanhattan.’

Finally, arrive at the Bellavista neighborhood which is one of the best night life complex in Santiago. Here you will enjoy your 3-course dinner at the restaurant Barrica 94, chileand restaurant specialist on traditional cuisine and chilean wines. Relax over a starter, main course and dessert, plus a recomended glass of wine. After a memorable traditional chilean dinner, you'll be returned to your Santiago hotel. Otherwise, your tour ends here, allowing you to continue your night out in Santiago in one of the best places to be, full of highlights.

I was the only tourist on this tour and unfortunately Santiago was covered in smog so the views were virtually non existent. The meal was a Ok but again, as the only tourist/punter, it was not a great experience. The taxi from the restaurant as efficient and cheap on my return to my hotel. The factor of being on my own, may have tainted my review.

We enjoyed this tour and our tour guide Jorge spoke very good english and his historical knowledge of Santiago was awesome. We only had one glitch and that was our driver got a bit lost after the tour on the way to the restaurant. We finally found the restaurant which was El Apero and they made such a fuss of us when we got there and it fantastic. We enjoyed great Chilean food and a show as well and we all got up and danced on stage. It was the last night of our 3 weeks in South America and a great way to finish the holiday. Their Pisco sours were very good too.
