Visit Chicken island or Koh Ghai, which gets it names from a rock formation that literally resembles a head and neck of a chicken.

A slightly smaller in size a tiny little paradise awaits you at Poda Island. With bamboo plantations, magnificent rocky cliffs and those stunning beaches this places is a very popular spot with visitors.

Worst Excursion Ever!! My fiance and I were excited to go see the Krabi Islands but sadly this excursion was a nightmare from beginning to end. First, once your transfer takes you to port you are thrown on a ferry along with 60 to 70 other travelers unrelated to the excursion without ever being told anything. Once the ferry stops you have to exit the ferry and the you are rushed over to a second boat and then that is when your excursion really starts. The tour guide and help were rude and not concerned with the customers comfort at all. Once we were dropped off at the first island, the guide told us two things, the name of the island and what time the boat was leaving. Unlike other excursions, this tour group forced the customers to manage their own time for them. Instead of telling the customers what time to be back at the boat, they insist that the customers should estimate the loading time of the boat, the time needed to count the customers although I am sure the guide was not concern with leaving people behind, and leave. The food provided was almost unable to be consumed. The food was cold, dry, and for sure not fresh aside from very little options. In addition to that there appears to be a scam for a kick back for a national park entrance fee of 400 BAHT per person simply because this is where this company chooses to server their lunch. We had no option of not paying but the guide said that we were only going to be allowed to stay for 20 minutes and we should go ahead and get off the boat because we already paid to be there. Myself, my fiance, along with most of the customers did not leave the boat because of fear of being left behind for trying to get off the boat and come back before the 20 minutes were up and the boat was to leave. In addition, the island options were poor and each island was basically only 5 minutes away from each other. So we would get on the boat, travel 5 minutes and then look at the new island along with the last island from just a different angel. The selection for snorkeling was even worse. The location they picked was so far away from any fish they told the customers that we will stay here, but to see anything you need to swim a great deal. Basically the option of snorkeling was to swim out 800 meters only to have to return back around before they planned to leave. The boat was over crowed with too many customers. I mean when you have customers having to sit on ice chests as well as where the crew usually sits, this to me left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The crew was poorly equipped with no beach mats, no flippers for snorkeling, etc. Lastly, on our return we were thrown back again on the ferry for a long trip back. In addition, once back at the port there was chaos trying to find out the details of our transfer back to our hotel. I located and asked our guide for information when I was ignored and he just yelled at who I assume was a driver, who grabbed my arm and pulled me to another driver, who then pulled me to another driver, then into a van. All the time I am assuming I am being taken to the right transfer. Even though I was lucky in getting back to my hotel, other people in the transfer were not so lucky. It turns out the driver did not know the location of one person's hotel, so the driver stopped, asked a person on the street, all the time while the customer finally looked on Google Maps for directions and decided to walk the rest of the way towards his hotel. Of all excursions I have taken in my travels, this by far is the worst I have ever experienced. If you have an option I would recommend to save your time, save your money, and save your sanity and pick a different excursion than this one.
