Stop At: Similan Islands, Phang Nga Thailand

The Similan Islands are located in the junction between the Andaman Sea and the Indian Ocean. The 9 islands, covering an area of approximately 130 square kilometers, were created from volcanic activity some 65 million years ago, smoothened by glacial ice and now stand as granite-based, foliage covered, and coral loving tropical paradise. Clear tropical waters and notorious low in nutrients, which tends to eclipse any possibility of a high density of marine life are some of the ‘commodities’ one will find here.

In the morning, we are taken across the Andaman Sea to Honeymoon Bay and Koh Ha for snorkeling before heading over to Na Beach on Koh Miang where you can either snorkel in Princess Bay or explore the island and laze on the beach. Afterwards, a Thai buffet lunch is served at an idyllic beachside restaurant on island no. 4. Then it is time to head to Christmas Point for swimming and snorkeling and onto Donald Duck Bay for either swimming or a hike to the island’ s viewpoint (located on island number 8). The journey back to Phuket is made at around 15:00 hrs

This tour operates only from November until end-April (subject to change).
The mentioned excursion durations are approximations; we are unable to exactly predict the total duration from pick-up to drop-off based on unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions and the routing the driver has to take to get all customers on the vehicle.
Other expenses are not included, please bring additional money as there are no ATM machines available for debit or credit cards
Return transfers for this excursion apply only / are inclusive for customers staying in Patong, Kata and Karon only. Transfers outside these areas are excluded, otherwise supplementary charges will be applied.
To control the number of visitors to the Similan National Marine Park, visitors are obliged to give the full name and passport / ID number during booking. Non-compliance may result in not being able to join the excursion. The tour needs to be booked at least 7 days in advance
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the excursion in case of unfavourable weather conditions or situations where we are forced to make alterations to guarantee the safety of our guests.

The tour to the Similan Islands exceeded expectations. The crew was awesome, the views were breath taking, and the boat ride was smooth. The one thing I would have changed, I wish they would have told us ahead of time to bring cash for pictures or rolled the costs of the pictures into the price much like most other tours do. We REALLY wanted to purchase them, however didn't carry cash on us and credit wasn't an option.
