I booked this tour a few weeks before we came to Singapore so was a bit worried that something might happen like they didn't get the payment or that they would pick us up from our hotel so I e mailed them when we got here and they got back to me within the hour to confirm my booking and pick up from my hotel. Alex arrived on time and was very pleasant and happy, he told us that because there was a thunderstorm at the time we were picked up that the sky park was closed and that the river cruise might not be going which worried me because it's the two things I was really looking forward to, but Alex said he will take us to little India and have some food there and wait for the thunderstorm to hopefully clear, so we jumped in the cab and as we were driving he told us information and stories about Singapore and knew his stuff, luckily the storm passed and the sky park opened up we went up there and the view was spectacular as was the boat ride once we got to Clark quay I told Alex I was going to propose at the gardens by the bay light show, he told me he would find a great place to watch the show and he did, he really went above and beyond can't thank him enough
