A short Cooks Tour of the 3rd largest Fish Market in the world, learn about the seafood auction and what to check when buying fresh seafood. Grab a coffee while the chef picks up fresh produce for the days long lunch.

Stop At: Hawkesbury River NSW Brooklyn NSW, New South Wales 2083 Australia

Take your camera for a 10 minute riverside walk while your driver/guide/chef whips up a big hot breakfast to prepare yourself for the wine to come later.

Stop At: Hunter Valley, New South Wales Australia

Visit 3 Boutique wineries and meet the locals/ owners/ winemakers and sample wines at all three cellar doors. Freshly barbecued or prepared food to be paired with specific wines at the second and third winery.

The wine tasting in the Hunter Valley was excellent with the opportunity to purchase but with no pressure. A memorable day which we recommend.

A fun group of people making sushi and drinking wine. What can be better? Chef Jimmy ‘s food and Stephanie and Bratt wine ambassadors only elevated the experience.

Great fun, delicious food, the right amount of wine and beautiful scenery made this a wonderful day. Jimmy couldn't have been a better host through out the entire day. It was obvious that he enjoys giving these tours. Would I do this tour again?? In a heart beat!

This tour was AMAZING and greatly exceeded expectations. Chef Jimmy was wonderful and even dealt with food allergies that he didn’t know about til he was fixing our breakfast!!’ I can’t say enough good things about him and the tour was fantastic. He even taught us to make sushi!! Kudos Chef Jimmy.

Jimmy the driver guide and and chef was brilliant, started the day off at the fish market where he showed us round and bought supplies for the food to serve with the wine tastings. Stopped after about 1 hour for breakfast but could not do the sushi rolling due to it pouring with rain. We then drove to hunter valley for three separate vineyard wine tastings while jimmy cooked food pairings in the back of the bus.he got absolutely soaked. Amazed at how many wines we tasted about 21 in all. Great day out only spoiled by the pouring rain all day.

This is such a great trip. The food is wonderful. The wine is wonderful. From visiting the fish market to making your own sushi and then sampling wines at three wineries with food prepared on the spot at two of the three spots, it's a great day. You should do this trip.
