Join the locals in this popular activity, taking the provided fishing rod, bait, and plastic chair to your spot around the pool. Learn how to catch shrimp, then grill it up at the on–site barbecue for a tasty appetizer.

Next, explore the street food stalls at nearby Shilin Night Market, the renowned night market in Taipei. Try five different dishes for dinner, with options that may include savory or sweet buns, oyster omelet, Taiwanese sausage with sticky rice, chicken fillet, and bubble tea (subject to change).

After your meal, have time to browse the shops in the night market before your guide returns you to your hotel at the end of your tour.
