This enjoyable and rewarding feast is CookInn Taiwan’s most popular experience. During the 3 1/2 hour class, you’ll be guided through the historic traditional Kuang Fu market to be fully immerse in the local vibe and meet the vendors who offer locally grown, seasonal goods. Our expert CookInn Taiwan chef will pick up spices from the market and you’ll learn the techniques to selecting the fresh ingredients.

Once we return to the cozy CookInn classroom, the cooking fun begins! Be prepared to learn the 3 signature dishes: Xiao Long Bao, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and Bubble Milk Tea from the chef, teaching you to make the tender skin of the soup dumplings from scratch and showing you how to shake up a perfect Bubble Milk Tea. You’ll not only bring home the cooking techniques but also hear the stories behind these delicious dishes, giving you a chance to understand the essence of the unique Taiwanese flavors!

My wife and I had a great time at CookInn Taiwan cooking class. We started with a local market tour and learned about different products used in local cooking. Followed by a cooking class making 3 dishes. The class hits all the high notes - we learned a lot, we got a hands-on cooking class where we got to make really great food and we had a blast doing it. Definitely a great experience not to be missed in Taipei!
