Tour guide was friendly. We got to see a lot of attractions including the whirlpool, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the lake village, and a winery.

we loved the tour. the pick up from our hotel was about 45 min late and we called the operator a few times but the delay was due to the traffic. The driver was nice and apologized for the delay. The trip overall was great: we enjoyed the ride, the boat trip to the fall and lunch. The room where they served lunch had a great view of the Fall. We would recommend it to our friends and all who plans to visit the Falls.

Great tour! Fred was the best guide ever and the driver Martin was the best as well! Pick up from hotels was good but not needed, since it did add an hour to out tour time. Everyone could be picked up at some meeting point, that was unnecessary. Niagara boat tour was the best part of our tour. Included lunch was ok. Did not care about sleeping town we stopped in or winery with terribly sweet ice wine. That added to the time and cost of the tour, but because of Niagara, boat tour and the guide it was worth it!. I do recommend this tour!

I would definitely recommend this trip. We'll worth the money. Our tour guide Judy was brilliant she made the day really fun and was very knowledgeable. The trip also offered an opportunity to take a helicopter ride over the falls at an additional cost. Overall the trip was a great day out and offered a fantastic service. Don't hesitate to book.

We took this trip not fully knowing what to expect. It exceeded our expectations and Judy is a fantastic tour guide. We really enjoyed every moment.

Niagara Falls was my first time booking a group tour, and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought of Niagara Falls as a touristy destination, but the falls were absolutely breathtaking in person, and I didn't realize that the region around the falls was so beautiful. The highlight of the trip was visiting a winery and trying ice wine. Overall, it was a great first tour experience.

A really good day - the hotel pick-up was secure, an expert driver/guide, you get to visit a winery - very interesting, the Falls themselves are something else, amazing, the visit to town of Niagara Falls on the way back was lovely.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! A day jammed full of history, nature, crafts and stunning visuals. It was so interesting to hear about how the natural features in this area helped develop Canada and the USA into the countries they are today as well as the conflicts which formed these nations. Niagara falls were absolutely breathtaking and the very reasonably priced optional helicopter ride over the falls is truly a once in a lifetime experience. That's actually a lie because i would do this again in a heartbeat.

It was an 11 hour very exhausting day. We stopped at 2 places outside of downtown Toronto to pick up and drop off more people which added more time. The Falls were beautiful and the cruise was fun. The buffet lunch was good. We didnt stop at the floral clock. The most annoying part of the bus tour was certain tourist on our bus never came back to the meeting points on time so we had to wait for them each time. Next tour will definitely be a small group tour.

Trip to Niagara Falls exceeded expectations. From the time we were picked up at the hotel to the time we were dropped off, everything was great. Tour guide and driver were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed stop of Whirlpool State Park by riding on the aerial tramway. It only takes 10 minutes to do so make sure to take advantage. Views were stunning. Niagara Falls stop was also amazing because of Horn Blower boat ride. Lunch was OK, could have done without it. Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful little town to walk around and enjoy as well. Wine tasting was a bit short, would have liked to be there a little longer and maybe tour the vineyard. Overall an awesome experience.

I’ll make this short and sweet. Great tour! Tiring, but you get a whole lot for your money. Drill Seargeant Fred was excellent. Well organized with great directions. We saw so much that day and on top of it all got a great buffet lunch. Great tour!!!
