No line on arrival so gained no advantage there. Then we were seated in a very warm corner near the kitchen. The menu we were given to choose from was not the same as the Diamond menu published on the web site at the time we purchased. The whole experience was salvaged by our waitress who was nice, accommodating, and overall excellent.

We were not seated as stated on our ticket. We still had to wait about fifteen to twenty minutes to be seated!!! Food was good-plenty of it-really too much.

Only had to wait 5minutes for a table.We had the 3 course menu and there was a good selection of food available.Defintely worth doing this to skip the queues and have a meal prepaid before you arrive in Venice.

Was good to pre pay, I didn't have to worry about the bill, plus it condenses the choices for an easier pick. Great food lovely staff, fun atmosphere.
