Bratislava day trip will begin with pick up from your hotel/accommodation in Vienna. Our professional driver will wait you at the pre-arranged time. Sit back in a luxury vehicle and enjoy your ride through the Austrian countryside. Admire beautiful landscapes as you cross the border into Slovakia. Upon arrival, meet your experienced local guide for a walking tour.Admire the monuments of the Old Town, such as St.Michal’s Gate and Tower- the city gate that ranks among the oldest town buildings. St.Michael’s Tower is the last remaining of the city gates from the medieval fortifications. Local guide witll take you to St.Martin’s Cathedral where 11 Hungarian kings and quenns were crowned between 1536 and 2830. Afterwards, continue to the Rococo-style Grassalkovich Palace-the residence of the president of Slovakia. Grassalkovich Palace is the 18-th century social spot for Hungarian aristocracy. Admire Primate’s Palace, as many people say, the most beautiful building in Bratislava.

After this historical and sightseeing tour enjoy your free time for lunch and exploring city on your own. Local guide and driver will discover you best places and restaurants in the city. Taste local Slovakian cuisine.

In the afternoon drive back to Vienna centrally located hotels.

I loved the tour, our driver and guide were great. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because this wasn’t a full day trip. We were in Bratislava from 9-12:30. I assumed full day meant at least until 3/4pm. I wish we had stayed for more time as advertised.
