If your stay in Vienna, a very easy and effective way to get on overview of the city. Get map early at hotel to plan your day before boarding. Lots of traffic on red line, but the best!
Well managed and a useful way to get around a large city and orient yourself. Commentary a bit ho-hum
Overall good options for multiple segmented tours. Had a couple challenges: Signed up on line and had to go to office to print tickets (traveling internationally without printer) as that was the only option to board the bus1st leg of the tour was without spoken audio, but still classical piped music, so no info on points of interest passed on tour. Operators suggested it was our fault not the driver's that we were in silence.
Very useful for tourists.
Informative and a good way to see the city and mark where you want to return
Used this bus to get around the city...definitely worth it!
Take the Red Line to see most places of importance. I took the yellow line but its only good if you want to get off certain farther places like Schonbrunn palace or Beveldere. Since the buses go only in one direction and every 30 mins, its tough to really make efficient use of the 24 hr ticket. I would rather take the underground to visit places. Taxis or Uber is also a very cheap and effective alternative.
Well worth the money
So-so. The info via the headphones was very cursory and not very informative. This is more like checking the box vs getting a good sense of the city. I have been on other hop on hop off tours in different parts of the world and they were far superior to this one.
Great value for money and frequent service.
