This is one of the tours I'll recommend when in Zagreb. Slovenia is beautiful and a nice country to visit. Also Lake Bled is simply amazing. Actually will recommend one night stay in Slovenia near Lake Bled to immerse in its beauty and take a stroll along the lake.

Our tour guide made this journey exceptional. He was a history buff and I learned more from him in 2 hours, than I did on any of my other tours combined. Ljubljana is beautiful as is Lake Bled. I do wish we had more time in Lake Bled, you do not get enough time to see go on the island.

My guide, Goran, and the local guide in Ljubljana, were outstanding. Besides the usual infor mation you'd expect on a tour, Goran and I talked about all sorts of topics which gave me a much better understanding and appreciation for the region. Another plus was that even though I was the only person going, they didn't cancel on me and I ended up having a private tour. The local company Viator uses was also very helpful when a second tour I'd booked did have to be cancelled due to heavy snow and road closures including the national park.
